Small Business Listing Homepage

Question: Why is it that some small businesses list a phone number of the owners private house?

Then you call at one a.m. (because thats when you think about it) to hopefully get a recording telling business hours, etc....but instead you end up waking the poor fool up. Why not have a business number?

Most of the time the owner of these small businesses dont own an office ..and hence an office number. They can have a home-office or be a free-lancer
